摘 要:为了有效利用节能高效的LED光源促进节旋藻(Arthrospira platensis)这种具有高营养价值蓝藻的生长和有机物质积累,提升节旋藻产业化水平,本实验研究了光照周期、光照强度、红蓝LED光比例对螺旋形节旋藻品系A.platensis OUC 623和直线形节旋藻品系A.platensis OUC 793藻株生长和有机物积累的影响,并进行正交实验,分别以藻株生物量、色素、多糖、藻蓝蛋白、蛋白质含量为指标,分析得到最适光照条件。实验结果证明红光LED可以显著提高藻株的生长速率,蓝光LED会促进积累有机物,实验中623藻株在红∶蓝=6∶1的LED光下比相同条件的白色LED光生物量提高了90.74%,在蓝∶红=6∶1的LED光下,藻蓝蛋白、蛋白质和多糖的积累量较白色LED光分别提升358.84%、342.11%和168.26%;793藻株在红∶蓝=6∶1的LED光下比相同条件的白色LED光生物量提高了61.74%,在蓝∶红=6∶1的LED光下,藻蓝蛋白、蛋白质和多糖的积累量较白色LED光分别提升了352.79%、955.42%和208.11%。实验中发现在最适光照条件下623藻株的生长、色素(叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素)和多糖的积累明显高于793藻株,793藻株在蛋白质和藻蓝蛋白的积累量上明显高于623藻株,且623藻株更适宜短时间低强度的光照,推测623对光照更敏感,其卷曲螺旋结构是为了相互遮盖避光以适应环境,793藻株更能适应高强度和长时间的光照。本研究探索了2种不同形态的节旋藻藻株623和793的光照培养条件,不同的藻株表现出不同的优势,这为满足节旋藻产业化需求提供了更多选择,为节能高效的LED光源在节旋藻大规模培养和藻蓝蛋白等有机物生产中应用以达到高产、节能的目标提供了实验依据。In order to effectively utilize energy-saving and efficient LED light to promote the growth and organic compound accumulation of Arthrospira platensis,a cyanobacteria with high nutritional value,and to improve the industrialization level of A.platensis,the effects of photoperiod,light intensity and red-blue LED light ratio on the growth and organic compound accumulation of spiral shaped strain A.platensis OUC623 and linear shaped strain A.platensis OUC793 were studied,and orthogonal experiments were carried out.Taking the biomass,pigment,polysaccharide,phycocyanin and protein content of the algae as indexes,the optimum light conditions were obtained.The experimental results show that red LED can significantly increase the growth rate of algae,and blue LED can promote the accumulation of organic compound.The biomass of stain 623 under LED light of red∶blue=6∶1 is 90.74%higher than that of white LED light under the same condition.Under the LED light of blue∶red=6∶1,the accumulation of phycocyanin,total protein and polysaccharide increased by 358.84%,342.11%and 168.26%,respectively.Under the LED light of red∶blue=6∶1,the biomass of the strain 793 was 61.74%higher than that of the white LED light under the same condition.Under the LED light of blue∶red=6∶1,the accumulation of phycocyanin,total protein and polysaccharides increased by 352.79%,955.42%and 208.11%,respectively.Under the optimum light conditions,the growth,pigment(chlorophyll a and carotenoid)and polysaccharide accumulation of strain 623 were significantly higher than those of strain 793,and the accumulation of total protein and phycocyanin of strain 793 were significantly higher than those of strain 623.And strain 623 is more suitable for short-term and low-intensity light,it is speculated that 623 is more sensitive to light,and its spiral structure is beneficial to cover each other to adapt to light.Strain 793 is more adaptable to high intensity and long-term light.In this study,the light conditions of two different shapes of A.platensis
