摘　　要：目的:探索《健康体检重要异常结果管理专家共识(试行版)》如何应用到健康体检的实际工作之中,并对重要异常结果管理的相关数据进行分析。方法:根据《健康体检重要异常结果管理专家共识(试行版)》修订体检中心的《重要异常结果管理制度》;对重要异常结果及其随访情况进行分类总结。结果:有1264例检出重要异常结果,检出率为3.93%;在1423项重要异常结果中,通过实验室检查发现的有730项,占51.26%;与肿瘤相关的重要异常结果有1029项,占72.31%;随访结果:90.59%的受检者完成随访,绝大多数受检者(90.43%)对异常结果进行了复查;确诊恶性肿瘤53例,其中甲状腺癌、肺癌、乳腺癌的检出数较多。结论:《健康体检重要异常结果管理专家共识(试行版)》规范了重要异常结果的管理,但还存在着一定的局限性,在实际工作中的探索会为进一步完善重要异常结果的管理打下基础。Objective:Seek how to apply expert consensus on the management of important results with abnormal values in health checkup(pilot edition)(shorten for"consensus")to practical health examination work and analyze data regarding important results with abnormal values.Methods:Revise health examination center's important results with abnormal values management institution based on the consensus.Categorize and summarize important results with abnormal values as well as follow-up scenarios.Results:Important results with abnormal values were found in 1246,which accounts for 3.93%.Among the 1423 important results with abnormal values cases,730 were found through lab examination,which takes up 51.26%.1029 important results with abnormal values were related to tumor,accounting for 72.31%.Follow-up results:90.59% have completed the follow-up with most of them taking a second test(90.43%).53 were diagnosed with tumor,among them,most of the confirmed cases are thyroid cancer,lung cancer,and breast cancer.Conclusion:The consensus is an insightful expert advice,which regulates the management of important abnormal results,but there are still certain limitations in the Consensus.Exploration in practical work can lay the foundation for further improvement of the management of important abnormal results.
