摘　　要：目的:探究在大健康理念下体检人群肺结节管理路径构建及随访成效。方法:以基于大健康理念下的体检人群肺结节管理路径构建并实施的时间节点(2018年2月)划分,随机抽选我中心实施后(2018年3月至2020年1月期间)127例筛查出肺结节受检者设为管理组,另抽选实施前(2016年1月至2018年1月期间)127例筛查出肺结节受检者设为对照组,分别实施常规管理、大健康理念下体检人群肺结节管理及随访管理,比较两组受检者管理前后肺结节相关知识认知水平、情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我管理及尽早诊治依从性、体检管理满意度。结果:管理前管理组肺结节相关知识掌握评分与对照组相近(P>0.05);管理后管理组肺结节相关知识掌握评分水平较对照组高(P<0.05);管理前管理组SAS、SDS评分与对照组相近(P>0.05);管理后管理组SAS、SDS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);管理组健康生活、按时复查依从性、积极治疗评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);管理组管理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对体检人群肺结节管理中,构建并实施大健康理念下的管理路径及随访,可提升其对肺结节相关知识认知程度,改善其情绪状态,提升自我管理及早诊早治依从性,并提升其体检管理满意度。Objective:To explore the construction of a pulmonary nodule management pathway and follow-up effectiveness in the physical examination population under the concept of overall health.Method:Based on the time node(February 2018)of constructing and implementing a pulmonary nodule management pathway for the physical examination population based on the concept of big health,127 screened pulmonary nodule patients after the implementation of our center(from March 2018 to January 2020)were randomly selected as the management group,and 127 screened pulmonary nodule patients before the implementation(from January 2016 to January 2018)were selected as the control group,respectively,and routine management was implemented Under the concept of big health,the management and follow-up of pulmonary nodules in the physical examination population were compared.The cognitive level,emotional state(SAS,SDS),self-management and early diagnosis and treatment compliance,and satisfaction with physical examination management were compared between two groups of subjects before and after management.Results:The score of knowledge mastery related to pulmonary nodules in the management group before management was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05);After management,the score level of knowledge related to pulmonary nodules in the management group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of the management group before management were similar to those of the control group(P>0.05);After management,the SAS and SDS scores of the management group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The management group had higher scores for healthy living,timely follow-up compliance,and active treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05);The management satisfaction of the management group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Constructing and implementing a management path and followup under the concept of big health in the management of pulmonary nodules in the physical examination popu
