摘  要:将锌矿渣掺入道路基层材料—水泥稳定碎石和水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石中,研究了不同的掺量对基层材料的力学性能和抗冻性能的影响。通过击实试验,得出了最佳含水量和最大干密度。由无侧限抗压强度试验发现锌矿渣掺入水泥稳定碎石基层材料中,掺量为30%时效果最佳,掺量40%以下都能满足规范要求。在水泥粉煤灰碎石基层材料中掺入20%的锌矿渣,其无侧限抗压强度最高。冻融试验研究发现掺入锌矿渣的基层材料BDR下降幅度较小,抗冻性能保持良好。Zinc slag was mixed in road base materials,cement stabilized macadam or cement-fly ash stabilized macadam in this study,investigating the slag mixing content effect on the mechanical properties and frost resistance of road base materials.The optimum moisture content and maximal dry density were obtained by compaction test under different mixture content conditions.The results of unconfined compressive strength test showed that the mixing content of 30% provided best effect and less that 40% was able to meet the specification requirements for cement-slag stabilized macadam.For cement-fly ash-slag stabilized macadam,the highest unconfined compressive strength was obtained with the mixing content of 20%.Freezing and thawing test found that,with Zinc slag added,the BDR of road base materials declined slightly,whilst the frost resistance kept in good condition.
