摘  要:通过室内马歇尔击实试验分析胶粉复合改性沥青-钢渣沥青混合料压实性能的影响因素,重点分析不同合成级配、击实温度、细料用量、填料用量、油石比以及添加温拌剂等对其体积性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明钢渣沥青混合料室内可压实性对矿料合成级配敏感,压实温度不宜低于165℃以避免压实度不足。冬季低温施工可掺入温拌剂补偿近20℃温度损失的影响。配合比在正常波动范围内可显著影响其压实性能,提出影响空隙率变化的多因素关系式可用于指导现场施工配合比控制。空隙率和劈裂强度呈负线性相关性,现场空隙率宜按低值控制以保证长期使用耐久性。Marshall compaction test was conducted to investigate the factors influencing the compaction performance of steel slag asphalt mixture containing crumb rubber composite modified asphalt.It was focused on the effects of combined aggregate grading,compaction temperature,fine aggregate content,filler content,asphalt-aggregate ratio and the addition of warm mix additive on the volumetric and mechanical properties.Test results show that the compaction ability in the laboratory is sensitive to the combined aggregate grading.The compaction temperature should not be lower than 165℃ to avoid the lack of degree of compaction.The addition of warm mix additive can compensate for the effect of about 20℃ loss of construction temperature.The change of mix proportion in the normal range can affect the compaction performance obviously.The proposed equation of air void change that contains the multiple factors can be used as a guideline for the control of mix proportion during construction.The air void content shows a negative linear relation with the splitting strength,which indicates that the in-situ air void should be controlled at a low content to ensure the service durability.
