摘  要:在高性能混凝土轨枕生产过程中引入新型超早强外加剂可以提高混凝土早期强度,实现免蒸养工艺。对比研究免蒸养工艺和蒸养工艺生产的混凝土轨枕力学性能、耐久性、静载抗裂强度和疲劳抗裂强度等性能指标,探索高性能混凝土轨枕免蒸养工艺在不同温度环境下应用的可行性。The introduction of new ultra-early strength additives in the production process of high-performance concrete sleepers can improve the early strength of concrete and realize the non-steam curing process.The mechanical properties,durability,static load crack resistance and fatigue crack resistance of concrete sleepers produced by the non-steam curing process and the steam curing process were compared and studied,and the feasibility of the application of the non-steam curing process of high-performance concrete sleepers in different temperature environments was explored.
