基于VB的磷石膏压滤机控制系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：压滤机是磷石膏水洗工段压榨水洗石膏的关键设备,为了解决多台压滤机的有效卸料问题,该文以上位机VB编程为基础,对现有压滤机PLC控制系统进行了升级改造。利用WINCC上位机的VB脚本编辑器,编写全局控制程序,对多台压滤机的PLC进行控制,实现了多台压滤机自动排序卸料的功能,解决了因卸料冲突问题而导致皮带输料不均,皮带过载,无法实现生产精准配料等问题,也提高了后续产品的质量。同时,实现了卸料过程的自动化提升,使得磷石膏压滤生产工段无人值守,释放更高的产能。The filter press is the key equipment for pressing and washing gypsum in the phosphogypsum washing section.In order to solve the effective discharge of multiple filter presses,this paper upgrades the PLC control system of the existing filter press based on the VB programming of the upper computer.Using the VB script editor of WINCC upper computer,write the global control program to control the PLC of multiple filter presses,realize the function of automatic sorting and unloading of multiple filter presses,solve the problems of uneven belt feeding,belt overload,and inability to achieve accurate production and batching due to the conflict of unloading,and improve the quality of subsequent products.At the same time,the automatic upgrading of the unloading process is realized,which makes the phosphogypsum pressure filtration production section unattended and releases higher productivity.
