基于箱线图的插值法在空盒气压表数据处理中的应用

摘　　要：机动车环保检测线气象站的准确性直接影响着NO X气体的检测结果,然而其自校时所参考空盒气压表的检定结果是不连续的,而且可能存在异常值。该文提出了一种基于箱线图的插值方法,通过箱线图对服从均匀分布的空盒气压表示值误差数据清理后,再用插值法对检定结果插值计算,最后用LabVIEW软件绘制示值误差复检前后的插值曲线,并对插值效果进行分析比较。实验结果表明,检定结果合格的空盒气压表,其示值误差仍可能存在异常值,经数据清理后,线性插值、Newton插值和三次样条插值对示值误差的插值结果均在最大允许误差±2.5 hPa范围内,且3种插值方法的最大间差不超过0.1 hPa。The accuracy of the weather station of the vehicle environmental protection testing line will directly affect the detection result of NO X,but the verification results of the aneroid barometer used in its self-calibration are discontinuous with possible outliers.This paper proposed an interpolation method based on box plots.After clearing error of indication of the aneriod barometer that followed uniform distribution through box plots,the interpolation method was applied to calculate the verification results.Then,LabVIEW software was used to draw the interpolation curves before and after indication error rechecking.Finally,the comparative analysis on the interpolation effect was carried out accordingly.The experimental results indicated that the error of indication of aneroid barometers with qualified verification results may still have outliers.After data cleaning,the interpolation results of error of indication of linear interpolation.Newton interpolation and cubic spline interpolation were within the maximum allowable error of±2.5 hPa,and the maximum difference among three interpolation methods did not exceed 0.1 hPa.
