摘 要:高压变频起动方式和高压固态降补起动方式是两种比较先进的降压起动方式,可以优化电机的起动参数、保护用户的电网性能、减少对机械设备的冲击、延长机械设备及电机的寿命。目前这两种起动方式广泛应用于10 kV电网负载当中,该文主要论述了高压变频起动方式及高压固态降补起动方式在空分领域的应用,两种起动方式的技术方案、工作原理、起动方式、容量计算、占地面积、成本、对电网参数影响等方面的对比等,通过深入对比分析,对高压电机起动方式选择有很大的参考价值。The high voltage variable frequency soft starting mode and the high voltage solid supplementary starting mode are two relatively advanced step-down starting modes,which can optimize the starting parameters of the motor,protect the performance of the user s power grid,reduce the impact on the mechanical equipment,and extend the life of the mechanical equipment and motor.At present,these two starting modes are widely used in 10 kV power grid load.This paper mainly discusses the application of high-voltage variable frequency soft starting mode and high-voltage solid-state supplementary starting mode in the field of air separation,the technical scheme,working principle,starting mode,capacity calculation,cover area,cost,impact on the power grid parameters and other aspects of comparison,through in-depth comparative analysis,it has great reference value for selecting the starting mode of high voltage motor.
