摘  要:针对水解聚丙烯酰胺及其凝胶在高温高盐油藏中发生热降解难以应用的问题,以1,3-双(3-氨基苯氧基)苯(APB)、3,3’,4,4’二苯醚二酐(ODPA)为主要单体,通过聚酰胺化、亚胺化和凝聚分散法制备了一种抗温抗盐性聚酰亚胺(PI)微球。利用扫描电镜(SEM)对微球的微观形貌进行了观察,结果表明微球粒径约为130 nm,外形光滑且颗粒大小较均匀;红外光谱(IR)结果表明,最终产物为部分亚胺化的PI微球;热重分析(TG)和不锈钢老化罐实验综合表明PI微球抗温可达200℃,抗盐可达2×10^(5)mg/L,PI微球较普通调剖堵水材料具有更优异的耐温性能和分散稳定性。岩心驱替实验结果表明,该微球在200℃和盐度2×10^(5)mg/L条件下具有“能注入、能堵塞、能移动”的特点。岩心驱油实验和剖面改善实验表明PI微球驱油效率高,改善吸水剖面能力较强。综上,该PI微球具有作为高温高盐油藏驱油剂的潜力。In view of the fact that hydrolyzed polyacrylamide and its gel are difficult to use in high-temperature high-salinity reservoirs,a kind of polyimide(PI)microsphere with temperature resistance and salinity resistance was prepared using 1,3-bis(3-aminophenoxy)benzene(APB)and 3,3',4,4'-diphenyl ether dianhydride(ODPA)as main monomers by means of polyamidation,imidization,and coagulation dispersion.The micro-morphology of the microspheres was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and results demonstrated that the particle size of the microspheres was about 130 nm,the shape was smooth,and the particle size was relatively uniform.Infrared spectroscopy(IR)results showed that the final product was partially imidized PI microsphere.Thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and stainless steel aging tank experiment showed that the temperature resistance of PI microspheres could reach 200℃ and salt resistance could reach 2×10^(5) mg/L,reflecting the excellent temperature and salt resistance of PI microspheres compared with ordinary profile control and water shutoff materials.Core displacement experiment results showed that the microspheres had the characteristics of"able to inject,able to block,and able to move"under conditions of 200℃ and 2×10^(5)mg/L.Rock displacement experiment and profile improvement experiment showed that PI microspheres had high oil displacement efficiency and strong ability to improve water absorption profile.Therefore,the PI microspheres can be used as oil displacement agent in high-temperature and high-salt reservoirs.
