摘  要:基于乳液聚合物和微球的分子设计,采用反相乳液聚合工艺研制了一种稳定有效的超分子乳液聚合物-微球组合调驱体系;对乳液聚合物水解度、分子量进行了优化,并对组合调驱体系的静态性能、动态性能、封堵性能及驱油效果进行了评价。结果表明,该组合调驱体系的黏度较单一乳液聚合物大幅提升,能有效解决当前调驱体系在深部高渗条带封堵能力不足的问题。渤海油田C区块应用表明,措施井组单井含水率从92%降至79%,日产油量从19 m 3·d^(-1)升至42 m 3·d^(-1),增油超过6000 m 3。为海上中、高含水油田稳油控水提供了一种有效的解决思路,可在现场推广应用。Based on the molecular design of emulsion polymer and microsphere,we developed a stable and effective supramolecular emulsion polymer-microsphere combination profile control system by using inverse emulsion polymerization process.Moreover,we optimized the hydrolysis degree and molecular weight of emulsion polymer,and evaluated the static property,dynamic property,plugging property,and oil displacement effect of the combination profile control system.The results show that the viscosity of the combination profile control system is significantly higher than that of the single emulsion polymer,which can effectively solve the problem of unsatisfied plugging effect for high-permeability formations of the current profile control system.The application of Block C in Bohai Oilfield shows that the water-cut of a single well in the measure well group decreases from 92%to 79%,the daily oil production increases from 19 m 3·d^(-1) to 42 m 3·d^(-1),and the increase of oil production has exceeded 6000 m 3.This study provides an effective solution for stabilizing oil and controlling water in mid to high water-cut offshore oilfields,which can be popularized and applied in the field.
