摘 要:为探明陕北玉米田杂草种子库基本特征,探索不同立地类型杂草种子库的差异,采用种子萌发法,选取坪地、坡地、台地3种样地,研究其种子库的组成、密度、垂直分布及多样性等特征。结果显示:共萌发杂草10科24种,以菊科、藜科和禾本科为主,一年生杂草大于多年生杂草;3种立地杂草种子库密度差异显著(P<0.05),坪地>坡地>台地;杂草种子库的密度垂直结构明显,坪地总体呈递减趋势,坡地和台地先递减后有回升趋势;3种样地杂草物种中度相似,多样性指数与立地类型没有明显关联。研究明确了陕北玉米田春季杂草种子库基本特征及不同立地类型的差异,为不同立地杂草的精准防除管理提供理论依据。In order to find out the basic characteristics of weed seed banks in maize fields in Northern Shaanxi and explore the differences of weed seed banks in different site types,the seed germination method was used to select three sample plots of flat land,slope land and platform land to study the composition,density,vertical distribution and diversity of their seed banks.The results showed that:24 species of 10 families of weeds germinated,mainly Compositae,Chenopodiaceae and Gramineae,with annual weeds more than perennial weeds;The density of weed seed bank in the three sites was significantly different,flat>slope>platform;The vertical structure of weed seed bank density and species number was obvious,the overall trend of flat land was decreasing,and the trend of slope land and platform land was decreasing first and then rising;The weed species in the three sample plots were moderately similar,and the diversity index was not significantly related to the site type.The basic characteristics of spring weed seed bank in maize fields in Northern Shaanxi and the differences of different site types were clarified,providing theoretical basis for precise control and management of weeds in different sites.
