摘  要:为探究荻草谷网蚜取食之后小麦体内迅速累积的茉莉酸(JAs)调控荻草谷网蚜与小麦互作关系的生化基础,研究通过喷施茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)之后,分析了不同时间点小麦以及取食该小麦的荻草谷网蚜的抗氧化防御酶活性的变化。结果表明:在外源MeJA处理6 h和12 h后,小麦体内的过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性显著降低,同时荻草谷网蚜的过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在6 h与12 h时显著上升;而小麦过氧化物酶(POD)活性仅在处理之后24 h时显著下降,荻草谷网蚜的过氧化物酶(POD)活性始终无显著变化;小麦过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与对照相比无显著差异,荻草谷网蚜过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在处理之后24 h时显著升高;小麦与荻草谷网蚜组织中的丙二醛(MDA)含量均未出现明显变化。说明茉莉酸(JAs)主要通过降低宿主的抗氧化防御酶的活性对荻草谷网蚜的取食行为产生不利影响。To explore the biochemical basis of the regulation of the interaction between Sitobion miscanthi and wheat by JAs that accumulate rapidly in wheat after feeding,this study was conducted by spraying exogenous MeJA,the activities of antioxidant defense enzymes in wheat and S.miscanthi fed on the wheat at different time points.The results showed that exogenous MeJA significantly reduced the activity of SOD in wheat at 6 h and 12 h after treatment,while the activity of SOD after feeding by S.miscanthi was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 h and 12 h;the POD activity of wheat decreased significantly only at 24 h after treatment,and the POD activity of S.miscanthi had no significant change compared with the control at three sampling sites.Although there was no significant difference in wheat CAT activity and the control,the CAT activity of S.miscanthi increased significantly at 24 h after treatment.MDA content in wheat and S.miscanthi tissues was further analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant change in MDA content after exogenous MeJA treatment.Therefore,JAs have adverse effects on the feeding behavior of S.miscanthi mainly by reducing the activity of antioxidant defense enzymes in the host.
