摘  要:抑郁症是一种严重的精神疾病,随着社会经济的发展,抑郁症的发病率逐年增加,严重影响人们的健康。抑郁症的发病机制主要是由炎症因子通过上调下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,改变单胺神经传递引起的。研究表明,抑郁症会导致海马神经发生受损、神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)增殖减少以及胞外基质(extracellular matrix, ECM)网络发生改变。文章聚焦ECM和NSCs,分别综述了NSCs增殖通过增强突触信号传递、缓解氧化应激和炎症反应改善抑郁样行为的机制,ECM调节突触可塑性,参与神经元兴奋性传递改善抑郁样行为的机制,ECM与细胞表面受体、细胞因子和生长因子结合调控NSCs增殖,进而阐明了ECM促进NSCs增殖改善抑郁的可能性,为抑郁症治疗提供新的研究思路。Depression is a serious mental disease.With the development of social economy,the incidence rate of depression is increasing year by year,which seriously affects people’s health.The pathogenesis of depression is caused by inflammatory factors that upregulate the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis and alter monoamine neurotransmission.Research shows that depression leads to damage of hippocampal neurogenesis,reduction of proliferation of neural stem cells(NSCs)and changes of extracellular matrix(ECM).Therefore,this article focuses on ECM and NSCs,and reviews the mechanism of NSCs proliferation to improve depression-like behavior by enhancing synaptic signal transmission,alleviating oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction.ECM regulates synaptic plasticity,participates in neuronal excitability transmission to improve depression-like behavior.ECM also combines with cell surface receptors,cytokines and growth factors to regulate NSCs proliferation.Thus it is clarified that the possibility of ECM promoting NSCs proliferation to improve depression and the study provides new research ideas for the treatment of depression.
