摘 要:琼州海峡客滚运输通道是进出海南岛人员、车辆运输的重要通道,是海南自由贸易港建设的重要支撑。通过系统分析琼州海峡客滚运输特点及港口资源特征,得出区域客滚港口布局关键问题,提出琼州海峡客滚码头布局应将旺季车辆运输需求作为码头能力供给的主要依据。在此基础上,根据海南自由贸易港建设总体要求和保障进出岛旅客、车辆运输需要,提出区域客滚港口布局思路和推荐港址。The ro-ro passenger transportation channel of Qiongzhou Strait is an important channel for the transportation of people and vehicles entering and leaving of Hainan Island,and is also an important support for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.Through the systematic analysis of the characteristics of rolling passenger transportation and port resources of Qiongzhou Strait,the key issues of regional rolling passenger port layout are obtained.It is proposed that the rolling passenger terminal layout of Qiongzhou Strait should take the vehicle transportation demand in peak seasons as the main basis for the supply of terminal capacity.On this basis,according to the requirements of the overall plan for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the needs of ensuring the transportation of passengers and vehicles entering and leaving the island,the layout idea of regional ro-ro ports and the recommended port sites are proposed.
