摘 要:为研究青岛港前湾单向航道扩建工程结束后航道通过能力变化,进一步提升航道服务水平,基于Flexsim仿真平台,建立青岛港港口时空作业系统,构建青岛港前湾航道仿真模型。根据不同水平年通航船舶分不同吨级、船型通过前湾航道的艘次预测结果,开展仿真试验,对青岛港前湾航道扩建工程实施前后航道的通过能力和服务水平进行分析。结果表明:青岛港前湾航道扩建工程有效提升了航道通过能力,提高航道服务水平,研究结果可为航道扩建后确定船舶通航标准提供重要理论和决策指导。In order to study the changes in the through capacity of the Qianwan one-way waterway in Qingdao Port after the completion of the waterway expansion project and improve the waterway service level,this study establishes a spatio-temporal operation system of the Qingdao Port and a simulation model of the Qianwan Waterway in Qingdao Port based on Flexsim simulation platform.According to the predicted results of the number of ships of different tonnage and types passing through the Qianwan Waterway in different level years,the study carries out the simulation test and analyzes the through capacity and service level of the waterway before and after the expansion project of the Qianwan Waterway in Qingdao Port.The results show that the expansion project of the Qianwan Waterway in Qingdao Port can effectively improve the through capacity and service level of the waterway.The research results can provide important theoretical and decision-making guidance for determining the navigation standards of ships after the waterway expansion.
