摘 要:印染废水具有成分复杂、难降解有机物含量高、色度高、可生物降解性差等特点,被认为是难处理的工业废水之一。高级氧化法被认为是处理印染废水最有效的方法之一,其中催化臭氧氧化表现出优良的有机物降解能力,较单一臭氧氧化效率更高。因此,催化剂被广泛研究用来催化臭氧深度处理印染废水以达标排放,尤其是多相臭氧催化剂,其催化效率高、可重复利用性较好,且催化过程不需额外的电能或光能消耗,近年来被研究者广泛关注。文章主要综述了处理印染废水常用的臭氧催化剂种类及其对催化臭氧化处理印染废水的效果,以及多相催化剂在印染废水处理领域的中试研究和实际应用情况,以期为催化臭氧化深度处理印染废水领域中催化剂的选择和制备提供基础的理论和参考。Printing and dyeing wastewater is considered as one of the most refractory industrial wastewater because of its complex composition,high content of unbiodegradable organic matter,high chroma and poor biodegradability and other characteristics.Advanced oxidation is considered to be one of the most effective method to treat printing and dyeing wastewater,in which catalytic ozonation shows excellent organic degradation ability,higher efficiency than single ozonation.Therefore,ozone catalysts have been widely studied to catalyze the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater with ozone.The heterogeneous ozone catalysts have high catalytic efficiency and good reusability.More importantly,the catalytic process does not require additional electrical or light energy consumption,which has attracted extensive attention from researchers in recent years.In this paper,the types of ozone catalysts commonly used in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater and their effects on catalytic ozonation treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater are reviewed,as well as the pilot study and practical application of heterogeneous catalysts in the field of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.It can provide basic theory and reference for the selection and preparation of catalysts for the advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by catalytic ozonation.
