摘  要:基于饮用水多级屏障理念的长流程工艺,已成为水厂设计中的趋势和导向,但大规模长流程水厂的应用仍较少见,本次利用同期建设的3座大型长流程水厂的工程设计案例,从其原水水质、出水要求、工艺设计参数等方面进行了类比,分析了不同工艺选择的考虑因素;同时对上述3座水厂审定的预算进行了拆分,将3座水厂的工程费用造价指标、各个工艺构筑物的土建造价指标、其他专项费用等进行了类比分析,总结了相关工艺工程造价指标的大致区间范围;最后对3座水厂的运营成本进行了测算,供今后类似工程参考。The long flow process based on the concept of drinking water multistage barrier has become the trend and guidance in the design of water treatment plants(WTPs),but the application of large-scale long flow process to WTPs is still rare.This paper uses three engineering design cases of large-scale long flow WTPs constructed during the same period to make an analogy from the aspects of raw water quality,effluent requirements,process design parameters,etc.The consideration factors of different process selection are analyzed.At the same time,the above three approved budgets for WTPs are divided,the engineering cost index of three WTPs,the civil construction cost index of each process structure,other special costs are analyzed by analogy,and the approximate range of related process engineering cost index is summarized.Finally,the operating costs of three WTPs are calculated,which can be used as reference for similar projects in the future.
