摘  要:为提高水厂排泥水处理效率,消除聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加在排泥水回用时产生的水质安全隐患,降低运行成本,分别采用粉砂(PS)和黏土(CY)与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)絮凝剂进行复配,模拟实际排泥水浓缩处理过程,研究PS和CY压载对排泥水处理效果及回用水质的影响。结果表明,CY-PFS复配对排泥水浓缩无明显的提升作用,PS-PFS复配可显著提高排泥水处理的浓缩效果和沉降速度。在最佳PS复配比例(40%)下,可将排泥水浑浊度降低至3 NTU以下,SV_(30)降低12.67%,固体通量达6.0 kg/(m^(2)·h),表面负荷为2.3 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h),吨水药剂成本为0.086元;处理后上清液有机物(TOC和UV254)和各项金属(常规性质、常规毒理性以及非常规毒理性)指标均低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022)标准限值,满足回用要求。In order to improve the treatment effect of sludge water in water treatment plants(WTPs),eliminate the hidden danger of water quality safety caused by polyacrylamide(PAM)in sludge water reuse and reduce the operation cost.Powder sand(PS)and clay(CY)were mixed with polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS)flocculants,respectively,to simulate the concentration process of the actual sludge water treatment,and to study the effects of PS and CY ballast on the sludge water treatment and evaluate the water quality for reuse.The results showed that the CY-PFS combination had no obvious improvement effect on the concentration of the sludge water treatment.However,the PS-PFS combination could improve the concentration effect and sedimentation rate of the sludge water treatment.Under the optimal PS combination ratio(40%),the turbidity of the effluent can be reduced to less than 3 NTU,SV_(30)could be reduced by 12.67%,the solid flux was 6.0 kg/(m^(2)·h)and the surface load was 2.3 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h);The indices of organic matter(TOC and UV254)and metal ions(conventional indices,conventional and non-conventional toxicological indices)in the supernatant could be lower than the limits of Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022),and it could meet the reuse requirement.
