摘　　要：城镇污水处理厂尾水再生利用是解决水资源短缺的有效途径之一。文章介绍了我国再生水利用发展历程,系统梳理了上海市城镇污水处理厂概况,重点分析了上海市城镇污水处理厂尾水潜在再生利用途径和尾水再生利用处理技术,以论述上海市城镇污水处理厂尾水再生利用的潜力,以期为上海市城镇污水处理厂尾水再生利用的发展和推广应用提供参考。经分析,上海市城镇污水处理厂尾水可再生回用于工业用水、农田灌溉用水、环境用水和城市杂用水,并且这些潜在用户对再生水的需求远高于上海市每年需回用的再生水量。但因不同再生水用途对水质要求各不相同,在实际应用过程中,需结合意向再生水利用途径、进水水质情况等因素,对技术单元进行有机组合,以保障再生水水质。Reclamation and utilization of tail water in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)is an effective way to solve the shortage of water resources.In this paper,the development status of domestic reclaimed water utilization and the overview of WWTPs in Shanghai City was introduced.By analyzing the potential ways of recycling wastewater in Shanghai City and the treatment technology of tail water,the potential of wastewater reclamation and utilization in Shanghai was discussed,which provided references for the development and application of tail water from WWTPs reclamation and utilization in Shanghai.Trough analysis,the tail water of WWTPs in Shanghai City could be reused for industrial water,farmland irrigation,environmental water and urban miscellaneous water.And the demand for reclaimed water by these potential users was much higher than the amount of reclaimed water that Shanghai needed to reuse every year.As the water quality requirements were different due to different uses of reclaimed water,in the application process,it was necessary to consider the factors such as the intended utilization of reclaimed waster,the quality of the influent water to organically combine the technical units in order to ensure the quality of the reclaimed water.
