摘 要:恶臭物质是给水工艺流程中常见的污染物质,对自然环境和人体健康均会带来危害。文中以水厂浓缩污泥和脱水污泥为研究对象,研究水厂污泥恶臭物质释放规律,并通过次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾对污泥进行氧化处理,探究水厂污泥恶臭控制技术效果及作用规律。结果表明,水厂污泥中2-甲基异莰醇、土臭素、二甲基二硫醚和二甲基三硫醚4种恶臭物质均有不同程度检出,3个水厂污泥恶臭物质总量最高达550.6~903.7μg/kg。在自然贮存条件下恶臭物质随贮存时间的延长逐渐增加,放置6 d后,恶臭物质总量增加到2~13.2倍。氧化剂对给水污泥恶臭物质有显著的控制效果,其中高锰酸钾的恶臭物质去除效果更好,100 mg/L高锰酸钾对恶臭物质总体去除率达到54.9%~86.7%,经氧化剂处理后的干污泥在短期内恶臭物质未重新释放。研究结果对水厂污泥恶臭释放规律分析及控制技术探究有借鉴意义。Malodor substances are common pollutants in the water supply process and can be harmful to both natural environment and human health.In this study,the concentrated sludge and dehydrated sludge in the water treatment plants(WTPs)were taken as the research object to study the release of odorous substance from the sludge in WTPs,and explore the removal of odorous substance from sludge in WTPs by using the sodium hypochlorite and potassium permanganate to oxidize the sludge.The results showed that 2-methylisoborneol,geosmin,dimethyl disulfide and dimethyl trisulfide of sludge in WTPs were detected with the highest concentration of 550.6 to 903.7μg/kg.The odorous substances increased gradually with the extension of storage time under natural storage conditions.After 6 d of storage,the total concentrations of odorous substance increased to 2 to 13.2 times.Oxidizer had a significant control effect on odorous substances of sludge in WTPs,and potassium permanganate had a better removal effect on odorous substances compared to sodium hypochlorite that the overall removal rate of odorous substances by 100 mg/L potassium permanganate was 54.9%~86.7%.The odorous substances of dry sludge treated by oxidizer were not re-released in a short time.The results have some values for the analysis of odorous release and control of sludge in WTPs.
