基于全重力流输水的水厂设计特点与工程实践

摘  要:为满足中心城区日益增长的用水需求,成都市于2012年开始启动水七厂建设,作为城市的大型主力水厂。水七厂分两期建设,其中,一期工程为50万m^(3)/d,二期工程为50万m^(3)/d,目前总规模为100万m^(3)/d。工程设计中利用成都市西北高、东南低的地势高差特点,通过不同方案比选,确定取水点、厂址的最佳位置,通过采取不同的调流调压等控制措施,精确控制水量及消除水锤。整个供水系统实现了全重力流取水及全重力流输水,节能降耗明显,运行电耗约为0.05 kW·h/m^(3),项目为城镇供水行业实现“双碳”目标提供了思路。针对原水水质整体情况较好,但季节性呈现低温低浊,夏季高浊频发的特点,水厂选用单级机械絮凝预沉+机械混合折板絮凝平流沉淀池+V型过滤工艺,同时预留深度处理用地。水厂运行至今,供水水质优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022),浑浊度基本控制在0.2 NTU以下,最高不超过0.3 NTU。In order to meet the increasing demand for water in the central city,the No.7 water treatment plant(WTP)is built in Chengdu in 2012,as the city's large-scale main WTP.The No.7 WTP is constructed in two phases.The scale of the first phase is 500000 m^(3)/d,while the scale of the second phase is 500000 m^(3)/d,with a total scale of 1 million m^(3)/d.In the project design,based on the characteristics of high terrain difference between northwest and southeast of Chengdu,the best location of water intake point and WTP site is determined by comparison and selection of different schemes,and the water quantity is precisely controlled and the water hammer is eliminated by taking different control measures such as flow and pressure regulation.The whole water supply system realizes the full gravity flow water intake and full gravity flow water transport,energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious,the operation power consumption is about 0.05 kW·h/m^(3).The project provides a way for urban water supply industry to achieve the goal of"double carbon".In view of the seasonal characteristics that although the quality of raw water is good,the raw water is low-temperature and low-turbidity in winter,and frequently high-turbidity in summer,the WTP chooses the single-stage mechanical flocculation pre-sedimentation tank+mechanical mixed folding plate flocculation advection sedimentation tank+V-type filtration process,and reserves the land for deep treatment.Up to now,the water quality of the WTP is better than the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006).The turbidity is basically controlled below 0.2 NTU and the maximum is no more than 0.3 NTU.
