Objective To evaluate the effect of multidiscipline-based dynamic volume management in managing patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure hospitalised in our hospital between January and December 2020 were selected as the research subjects in this study.Sixty patients from Ward I were assigned as a control group and another 60 from Ward II as an observation group. The former were treated with routine health education and the latter with multidiscipline-based dynamic volume management for 6 months. The two groups were compared in terms of compliance with sodium-restricted diet, cardiac function, quality of life, readmission rate and incidence of hyponatremia before and after 6 months of intervention. Results Six months after intervention, the observation group showed significantly better than those of control group in compliance with sodium-restricted diet, heart function and quality of life(all P<0.05).Conclusion Multidiscipline-based dynamic volume management can enhance the compliance of patients with chronic heart failure in sodium-restricted diet, improve cardiac function and quality of life, therefore reduce the rate of unscheduled readmission.
