综合护理干预对坏死性外耳道炎患者疼痛程度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的讨论综合护理干预对坏死性外耳道炎患者疼痛程度的影响;方法收集8例坏死性外耳道炎患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,实验组实施综合护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组患者术后视觉模拟疼痛评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、疼痛分级情况及护理满意度。结果实验组VAS疼痛评分为4.04±2.21;对照组VAS疼痛评分为5.46±1.85,二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组疼痛分级为2.74±1.07、对照组疼痛分级为3.06±1.85,二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度为96.32%,对照组护理满意度为89.73%,二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于坏死性外耳道炎患者,应积极采取综合护理,有助于改善患者的疼痛程度,提高护理满意度。Objective To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pain degree of patients with malignant external otitis.Methods Collected the clinical data of 8 patients with malignant external otitis and randomly divided them into two groups.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.And compared postoperative Visual analogue Scale(VAS),pain rating and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results VAS pain score of experimental group was 4.04±2.21;VAS pain score of the control group was 5.46±1.85,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain grade of the experimental group was 2.74±1.07,and that of the control group was 3.06±1.85,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.32%,and that of the control group was 89.73%,the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with malignant external otitis,comprehensive nursing should be actively adopted,which is helpful to improve the existing pain degree and pain situation of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
