建筑业农民工产业工人化转型的影响因素分析

摘　　要：为探讨建筑业农民工与建筑产业工人双方的转型关系,基于文献综述与专家访谈,分别从政府、行业、企业、农民工自身及社会配套5个类别维度对影响建筑业农民工产业工人化转型的因素清单进行归纳划分,并运用问卷调查与AHP-DEMATEL复合方法进行定量测算与相关衡量指标的深层次分析,确定关键因素并作原因解释。结果表明,建筑工业化、城镇化和政策导向成为影响建筑业农民工产业工人化转型的关键驱动因素。最后从政策引导、专业素养和保障落实3个方面有针对性地提出切实可行的实施建议,保障建筑业农民工产业工人化转型的有效推进和落实。In order to explore the transformation relationship between both construction migrant workers and construction industrial workers,and based on literature review and expert interviews,the list of factors affecting the transformation of construction migrant workers into industrial workers is summarized and divided from five category dimensions:government,industry,enterprises,migrant workers themselves and social support,and quantitative measurement and related measurement indexes were conducted using questionnaire survey and AHP-DEMATEL composite method.In-depth analysis was conducted to identify key factors and make explanations for the causes.The results show that construction industrialization,urbanization and policy orientation become the key driving factors influencing the transformation of migrant workers in construction industry into industrial workers.Finally,practical implementation suggestions are proposed in three aspects,namely,policy guidance,professionalism and guarantee implementation,to ensure the effective promotion and implementation of the transformation of migrant workers in construction industry into industrial workers.
