摘 要:为明确吊石苣苔光合日变化规律及其主要影响因子,利用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统连续测定吊石苣苔的光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr)等指标,对其光合作用日变化规律进行分析,结果表明:吊石苣苔光合速率日变化曲线呈单峰型,上午光合能力较下午强,没有光合午休现象。Pn的最大值为2.127μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);Tr的最大值为1.291 mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);Gs的最大值为0.053 mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。Pn受光照强度、Gs和Tr的影响,Tr直接受Gs的影响,Ci主要受空气相对湿度、有效光辐射、大气CO_(2)浓度、叶温蒸汽压亏缺值的影响。采用双曲线模型拟合得到吊石苣苔光饱和点为346.785μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),光补偿点为6.291μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);CO_(2)饱和点为2429.564μmol/mol,CO_(2)补偿点为276.921μmol/mol。In order to clarify the diurnal variation of photosynthesis of Lysionotus pauiflorus and its main influencing factors,Li-6400 portable photosynthesis measurement system was used to continuously measure the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO_(2) concentration(Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr)of gesnerium pauciflorum.The results showed that:the diurnal variation curve of photosynthetic rate of gesnerium pauciflorum showed a single peak,the photosynthetic capacity in the morning was stronger than that in the afternoon,and there was no midday depression.The maximum of Pn is 2.127μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);the maximum of Tr is 1.291 mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);the maximum of Gs is 0.053 mmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1).Pn is affected by light intensity,Gs and tr,Tr is directly affected by Gs,and Ci is mainly affected by air relative humidity,effective light radiation,atmospheric CO_(2) concentration,leaf temperature and vapor pressure deficit.The measured light saturation point,light compensation point,CO_(2) saturation point,and CO_(2) compensation point are 346.785μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),6.291μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),2429.564μmol/mol and 276.921μmol/mol respectively by adopting Hyperbola fitting model.
