摘　　要：牛蒡苷是中药材牛蒡子的主要有效成分,属于木脂素类化合物。研究表明,牛蒡苷具抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒等药理作用,用于治疗风热表证、温病卫分证等疾病。为更深入地研究牛蒡苷这一成分,查阅相关文献后,现对牛蒡苷的提取、分析、纯化制备和结构表征这些方面展开系统性论述。Arctiin is the main effective ingredient of Chinese medicine Arctium fruit,which belongs to lignan compounds.Research has shown that it has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antiviral and other pharmacological effects,been used in the treatment of wind heat monitoring syndrome,warm disease and health syndrome and other diseases.In order to further study the composition of Arctiin,the extraction,analysis,purification preparation and structural characterization are now systematically discussed.
