摘 要:我国香蕉种植面积广、产量高,每一年在收获香蕉的同时也产生了大量的香蕉茎秆等农业废弃物,造成了严重的资源浪费,与“双碳经济”政策相悖。回收利用废弃的香蕉茎秆,开发新型纤维素纤维,不仅可以增加蕉农的经济收益,而且有利于资源保护,满足可持续发展的战略要求,具有广阔的发展前景。因此,本文重点介绍了香蕉纤维的脱胶方法,主要包括化学脱胶、生物脱胶以及联合脱胶,分析了各类脱胶方法的优势与不足,阐述了香蕉纤维在服装和产业用以及复合材料方面的应用现状,以期为香蕉纤维的进一步研究与产品开发提供参考。Banana planting area is wide and high yield in our country,every year in the harvest of banana also produced a large number of banana stems and other agricultural waste,it has caused a serious waste of resources,which is contrary to the policy of"double carbon economy".Recycling waste banana stalks to develop new cellulosic fibers,it can not only increase the economic income of banana farmers,but also be conducive to resource protection,meet the strategic requirements of sustainable development,and has broad prospects for development.This paper mainly introduces the banana fiber degumming methods,including chemical degumming,biological degumming and united degumming,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of degumming method.expounds the banana fiber in the clothing and industrial as well as the present situation of the application of composite material,in order to banana fiber to offer reference to the further research and product development.
