摘　　要：在新型城镇化背景下,对传统旧城住区更新规划进行反思,遵循“资产为本”的社区发展模式,梳理了旧城住区的人力、社会、经济和环境资本构成,研究在旧城住区更新规划中将物质内容和社会发展内容对接的方法,构建基于社区资本的旧城住区更新规划内容体系。以武汉市仁厚社区为例,从物质环境营造和综合能力提升两个维度,探究旧城住区资源优势挖掘激活和能力培育的可持续更新路径,探索基于社区资本的旧城住区更新设计理念和方法。In the context of new urbanization,we reflect on the traditional renewal planning of old urban settlements,and follow the"asset-based"community development model,then we sort out the human,social,economic and environmental capital components of old urban settlements,and study the method of matching the material content and social development content in the renewal planning of old urban settlements,and construct a community capital-based renewal planning system.Taking the Renhou community in Wuhan City as an example,we explore the sustainable regeneration path of the old urban settlements in terms of the creation of physical environment and comprehensive capacity enhancement,and explore the design concept and method of the old urban settlements regeneration based on community capital.
