摘 要:本文对涡流管的性能改进进行数值分析。在可压缩的、轴对称的3-D、湍流和稳态的涡流管中,空气被作为工作流体。在ANSYS FLUENT软件中使用标准的湍流模型进行流动模拟,在入口处使用不同的压力,并与实验结果进行验证。结果发现,与单层进气室相比,三层进气室的冷温度梯度增加了9.09%。当进气室的层数从三个变为四个时,冷温度梯度有所下降。当进气室之间的距离从8毫米增加到32毫米时,涡流管的冷温度梯度有所下降。因此,它表明,为获得最大的冷温度梯度,即在涡流管的给定规格下,最小的冷端温度,建议有三层进气室,进气室之间的最佳距离为8毫米,这是最佳的进气室层数。The performance improvement of eddy current tube was numerically analyzed in this paper.In compressible,axisymmetric 3-D,turbulent and steady-state vortex tubes,air is used as the working fluid.In ANSYS FLUENT software,the standard turbulence model was used to simulate the flow,and different pressures were used at the inlet,which were verified with the experimental results.It was found that the cold temperature gradient of the three-story intake chamber increased by 9.09%compared with the single-story intake chamber.When the number of layers in the intake chamber changed from three to four,the cold temperature gradient decreased somewhat.As the distance between the intake chambers increased from 8 mm to 32 mm,the cold temperature gradient of the vortex tube decreased somewhat.Thus,it is shown that to obtain the maximum cold temperature gradient,i.e.the minimum cold end temperature for a given specification of the vortex tube,it is recommended to have three intake chambers,with an optimal distance of 8 mm between the intake chambers,which is the optimal number of intake chamber layers.
