摘  要:随着我国汽车工业“节能减排”规划的不断推进,汽车轻量化是实施该规划的重要手段。而化学发泡工艺在成型过程中,使得熔融塑胶发泡,然后成型,这不仅有助于改善汽车零部件的外观质量,同时也使得汽车零部件的重量得到减轻,从而实现轻量化目标。因此,化学发泡工艺在汽车行业,从内饰到外饰,都有广泛的应用。本文通过对化学发泡机理的解析,对于空滤壳体发生的缩痕缺陷,提出了化学发泡工艺来改善的措施,并且通过仿真和实际的验证,说明应用Moldflow软件来模拟化学发泡的成型过程、预测其改善缩痕缺陷是可行的、有效的。With the continuous promotion of the"Energy conservation and Emission reduction"plan of China's automobile industry,automobile lightweight is an important method to implement this plan.The chemical foaming process makes the melt plastic foam during the molding process,and then finish the molding.it will not only improve the surface quality of the auto parts,but also reduce the part weight,so as to achieve the goal of lightweight.Therefore,the chemical foaming process is widely used in the automotive industry,from interior to exterior.Based on the chemical foaming theory,this paper proposed a new method“chemical foaming”to improve the sink mark issue of the Air Cleaner.Moreover,simulation is used in this case and compared with the real molding trial.It is validated that it is feasible and reliable to use Moldflow analysis to simulate the chemical foaming and predict its improvement for the sink mark issue.
