摘  要:凸轮轴是发动机配气机构的驱动零部件,凸轮的轮廓形状是影响发动机性能的主要因素,其表面质量直接影响气门的运动特性、气门机构的磨损与发动机噪声水平。由于凸轮轮廓属于异形曲面,加工时凸轮表面的磨削力是不断变化的,在加工过程中凸轮、砂轮表面力的变化极易引起振动产生磨削振纹,这是凸轮加工过程中最常见的缺陷之一。本文通过对凸轮表面振纹与发动机NVH表现研究,结合后续试验数据制定振纹测量方法和评判标准,为凸轮轴的生产提供了依据,同时在发动机上避免异响问题。The camshaft is the driving part of the engine valve train.The contour shape of the cam is the main factor affecting the engine performance.Its surface quality directly affects the motion characteristics of the valve,the wear of the valve train and the engine noise level.Because the cam profile belongs to a special-shaped surface,the grinding force on the cam surface is constantly changing during machining.During machining,the change of the surface force of the cam and the grinding wheel is very easy to cause vibration and produce grinding chatter marks,which is one of the most common defects in the cam machining process.In this paper,based on the research on the cam surface vibration pattern and engine NVH performance,combined with the follow-up test data to develop the vibration pattern measurement method and evaluation criteria,which provides a basis for camshaft production,and at the same time,to avoid the problem of abnormal noise on the engine.
