摘  要:本文基于HyperMesh的前处理功能,结合气缸体总成各部件不同材料属性,建立发动机气缸体装配模型,充分考虑螺栓预紧力及载荷边界条件,对汽车发动机螺栓、轴瓦在装配载荷工况及交变载荷工况下成进行动力学分析,并在此基础上借助疲劳分析软件ABAQUS对气缸体进行疲劳分析,考察气缸体总成变形结果、应力结果、轴瓦背压结果及疲劳因子等,为发动机气缸体设计和性能改良提供依据。This paper is based on the pre-processing function of HyperMesh,Combine different material properties of each component of the cylinder block assembly,The assembly model of engine cylinder block is established,The bolt preload and load boundary conditions are fully considered,The dynamic analysis of bolt and bearing bush of automobile engine under assembly load condition and alternating load condition is carried out,On this basis,fatigue analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the cylinder block,The cylinder total deformation,stress,bearing back pressure and fatigue factor were investigated,It provides the basis for the design and performance improvement of engine cylinder block.
