摘  要:本文讲述了增压直喷发动机的气门导管在实车行驶过程中出现导管偏磨的案例。它从发动机配气机构原理出发,引申到气门导管故障案例,然后从姿态不正、热负荷不均匀、导管硬度不均匀、摩擦力过大四个大方向展开相关的系统性调查,得出调查结论为导管材料无法满足气道局部高温。为了改善课题,提出的具体的改善对策,并进行了改善后的试验效果验证,取得了很好的效果。本文所述的成功经验,可以为读者朋友提供解决类似问题的思路与方法。This article describes a case where the valve guide of a supercharged direct-injection engine has eccentric wear of the guide during the actual vehicle driving.It starts from the principle of engine valve train,extends to the case of valve guide failure,and then conducts related systematic investigations from four major directions:improper posture,uneven thermal load,uneven hardness of the guide,and excessive friction,and draws the investigation conclusion.For the catheter material can not meet the local high temperature of the airway.In order to improve the problem,the specific improvement countermeasures are proposed,and the experimental effect verification after improvement has been carried out,and good results have been achieved.The successful experience described in this article can provide readers and friends with ideas and methods to solve similar problems.
