摘　　要：针对发动机活塞的钻销孔加工,设计了一种专用机床,实现了该工序的快速高效生产。该机床主要结构包括床身、动力头、滑台、夹具及冷却排屑部分、液压及电气控制部分。床身为铸造结构并经时效处理。动力头采用电机加变频器驱动,主轴前端加装U钻钻孔,滑台采用线轨导向,伺服电机加滚珠丝杠传动,可实现快慢速进给。夹具部分采用浮动式定心,外加上压及侧压紧。液压部分加装液压锁,保证钻孔时夹紧力可靠。链板式排屑机上安装冷却液站,用于钻孔时的冷却及冲洗铁屑。电气控制系统采用集中独立的电气控制柜。A special machine tool is designed for drilling pin holes of engine pistons,which realizes the rapid and efficient production of this process.The main structure of the machine tool includes the machine body,power head,sliding table,fixture,cooling and chip removal parts,hydraulic and electrical control parts.The machine body is of casting structure and has been aged.The power head is driven by motor and frequency converter,the front end of the spindle is equipped with U-drill for drilling,the sliding table is guided by wire rails,servo motor and ball screw drive can realize fast and slow feed.The fixture part adopts floating centering,plus upper pressing and side pressing.The hydraulic part is equipped with hydraulic lock to ensure reliable clamping force during drilling.A coolant station is installed on the chain plate chip conveyor to cool and flush the iron chips during drilling.The electrical control system adopts a centralized and independent electrical control cabinet.
