摘　　要：防错系统在汽车发动机装配线中的作用非常重要。本文基于我国某汽车发动机生产企业在泰国投资建设的发动机装配线项目,分析了发动机装配过程中容易发生“错误”的种类,详细介绍了传感器技术在该发动机装配线防错系统中的典型应用及发挥的作用,为类似行业传感器技术应用提供参考。Error-proofing system plays a very important role in automobile engine assembly line.Based on the engine assembly line project built by a Chinese automobile engine manufacturer in Thailand,this paper analyzes the types of"errors"that are prone to occur in the engine assembly process,and introduces in detail the typical applications and functions of sensor technology in the engine assembly line error-proofing system.Provide a reference for sensor technology applications in similar industries.
