摘　　要：当外输增压的天然气组分严重偏离机组设计工况的情况下,导致压缩机全部故障停。通过现场故障处理,实现了机组的平稳运行,最大程度上完成了用户输气稳产的任务。本文介绍了某增压站往复式压缩机组的故障处理及预防,并为保障机组的安全平稳运行提出了合理化建议,可作为其他同类及机组故障处理及预防参考依据。When the external pressurized natural gas components deviate from the unit design condition,the compressor will fail to stop.The stable operation of the unit is realized through on-site fault handling,and the task of stable gas transmission and production is completed to the greatest extent.This paper introduces the fault treatment and prevention of a reciprocating compressor unit in a booster station,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,which can be used as a reference for fault treatment and prevention of other similar units and units.
