解决燃油发动机三结合面渗漏探讨

摘　　要：汽车燃油发动机缸体、缸盖和正时链条盖三个零件接合面的交界处称为三结合面。因为其特殊的结构,发动机三结合面渗漏是目前传统燃油发动机普遍存在的市场问题,本文分析了三结合面渗漏的主要原因,并从发动机设计和制造两方面就如何防止三结合面渗漏提出了几点意见,设计方面包括容胶倒角的设计、内部防渗油设计,避免压力油路的设计和加强贴合力等,制造方面包括关键尺寸管理,工艺改进和异物管理等。Cylinder block,cylinder head and Timing chain cover is the three parts of the automobile engine.The leakage of thejointsurfaces of this three parts is the ubiquitous quality issues of the engine because of it’s special structure.In this dissertation,we analysis the main cause of the leakage of the joint surfaces.And advance some suggestions on how to prevent the leakage of the joint surfaces from the two aspects of engine design and manufacturing.The design aspect includes the design of the chamfer of the engine parts,the design of internal structure for anti-seepage,the design of avoiding pressure oil circuit that close to the joint surfaces,the design of strengthening the adhesion force of the engine parts etc.The manufacturing aspect includes key dimension management,process improvement and foreign matter management etc.
