摘 要:机内净化的主要目的是从源头上减少柴油机做功所产生的污染物,是降低柴油车尾气污染的重要手段之一。为优化机内净化技术,合理降低各工况排放污染物浓度,本文使用某3.8L四缸柴油机分别进行稳态和瞬态相关试验。试验首先通过稳定工况下调整EGR率、喷油提前角和轨压等条件分析缸内燃烧状态的变化对排放污染物的影响,然后通过比对瞬态循环冷、热启动下污染物浓度的差异分析温度对缸内燃烧状态的影响,最后根据以上分析结果探讨在保证动力性的前提下发动机降低排放污染物浓度的方法。The main purpose of Inner-Engine purification is to reduce the pollutants generated by diesel engines from the source,which is one of the important means to reduce tailpipe emissions of diesel vehicles.In order to optimize the Inner-Engine purification technology and reasonably reduce the concentration of pollutant emissions under various operating conditions,this article conducted relevant tests on a 3.8L four-cylinder diesel engine in both steady-state and transient conditions.Firstly,the influence of adjusting EGR rate,fuel injection timing,rail pressure and other conditions on the combustion state in the cylinder on the emission of pollutants was analyzed under stable operating conditions.Then,by comparing the difference in pollutant concentration during transient cycles and cold/hot starts,the influence of temperature on the combustion state in the cylinder was analyzed.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the methods of reducing pollutant concentration in the engine while ensuring power performance were explored.
