摘  要:原药加工成适宜剂型需要综合考虑其理化性质、应用性能(有效性与安全性)、加工成本等因素,其中熔点的高低决定了原药在剂型加工中的存在形态。由于低熔点本身的固有特性,砂磨过程中易膏化,严重影响产品的正常生产,产品热贮期间会发生分层、絮凝、固化、析晶等现象,导致制剂悬浮率下降,这已成为了制约悬浮剂发展的重要障碍。本文基于我国农药登记产品信息,对低熔点原药剂型情况进行分析,综述低熔点原药剂型加工研究进展及低熔点农药剂型加工应对策略,为新形势下我国低熔点原药剂型设计及产品升级换代提供思路和技术依据。The processing of the technical materials into suitable formulations require comprehensive consideration of physical and chemical properties,application performance(effectiveness and safety),processing costs and other factors.Among them,the melting point determines the existing form of the technical material in the formulation processing.Due to the inherent low melting point,it is easy to paste during the sanding process,which seriously affects the normal production of the product,such as stratification,flocculation,solidification,crystallization during the thermal storage.These have become an important obstacle to the development of suspension agent.Based on the information of pesticide registration products in China,the review analyzes the situation of low melting point original formulations,summarizes the research progress of low melting point original formulations and low melting point pesticide formulation processing strategies.It provides ideas and technical basis for the design of low melting point original formulations and product upgrading under the new situation in China.
