摘 要:本研究建立一种采用高效液相色谱法同时测定15%吡丙醚·氟啶虫酰胺悬乳剂中吡丙醚和氟啶虫酰胺含量的定量分析方法。该方法使用C18色谱柱为固定相,以甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相,在紫外检测器检测波长为254 nm的色谱条件下对样品进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,在此条件下吡丙醚和氟啶虫酰胺的分离度较好,方法的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9992(R2>0.999);相对标准偏差分别为0.003%和0.004%;平均回收率分别为99.20%和99.05%。该方法的分离效果、线性关系、精密度和准确度良好,均符合分析标准。A quantitative analysis method was established for simultaneous determination of content of pyriproxyfen and flonicamicl in pyriproxyfen·flonicamid 15%SE by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The separation and quantitative analysis of samples were conducted by UV detector at 254 nm using C18 column as fixed phase,and the mixture of methanol,acetonitrile and water as mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of pyriproxyfen and flonicamid were 0.9998 and 0.9992(R2>0.999),respectively.The relative standard deviations were 0.003%and 0.004%,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.20%and 99.05%,respectively.In conclusion,the method had the characteristics of good separation effect,linear relations,precision,and accuracy,which could meet analytical standards.
