20%敌草快二氯盐SL调节水稻催枯研究初探

摘　　要：为了探索20%敌草快二氯盐SL对水稻催枯的适宜用量及催枯效果,在2022年于水稻收获前7 d田间喷施20%敌草快二氯盐SL,并测定水稻籽粒含水量、淀粉含量和蛋白质含量等品质指标以及穗粒数和千粒重等产量指标。试验结果表明,施药后各处理催枯效果明显,药后7 d枯叶率在96%以上;水稻籽粒含水量在25.38%~28.35%,明显低于空白对照;对稻谷蛋白质含量和淀粉含量没有明显影响;稻谷千粒重高于空白对照,但理论产量与空白对照区没有显著差异。因此,20%敌草快二氯盐SL可用于水稻催枯,建议水稻收获前5~7 d使用,有效成分推荐用量为300~390 g/hm2。The study aims to explore the dehydrating effect of diquat dichloride 20%SL on rice.Diquat dichloride 20%SL was sprayed in the field 7 d before the mature harvest of rice in 2022.Rice grain quality indices such as water content,starch content and protein content,as well as grain number per ear and 1000 seeds weight were measured.The results showed that the effect of each pharmaceutical treatment was obvious,and the rate of withered leaves was more than 96%7 d after application.The grain water content of rice was 25.38%-28.35%,which was significantly lower than that of the control.There was no significant effect on protein content and starch content of rice.The 1000 seeds weight of rice was higher than that of the control,but the theoretical yield had no significant difference from the control.Diquat dichloride 20%SL could be used to accelerate the withering of rice with appropriate dosage of 300-390 g/hm2,5-7 d before the mature harvest.
