摘 要:目的调查本科护生生命意义感与死亡应对能力的现况,并分析两者关系。方法2022年1月10日至2月10日,采用便利抽样法,选取浙江省3所开设护理学专业的高校的420名本科护生作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、生命意义感量表和死亡应对能力量表进行调查。结果本科护生生命意义感得分为(45.26±7.56)分,死亡应对能力得分为(135.96±24.73)分,生命意义感与死亡应对能力呈正相关(P<0.05)。多因素线性回归分析显示,亲友死亡或抢救经历、死亡教育学习经历、生命意义感对本科护生的死亡应对能力具有预测作用(调整R 2=0.267,F=48.417,P<0.001)。构建结构方程模型显示,生命意义感与死亡应对能力之间的标准化回归系数为0.833(P<0.01)。结论本科护生死亡应对能力有待提升,应积极构建以死亡应对能力为导向且与本科护生产生深度情感连结的生死教育课程。Objective To investigate the present situation on sense of meaning in life and death coping ability for undergraduate nursing students and analyze their correlation.Method Choose 420 undergraduate nursing students from three colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province by convenient sampling from Jan.10th 2022 to Feb.10th 2022.Investigate them by general information questionnaire,Meaning in Life Questionnaire(MLQ)and Coping with Death Scale(CDS).Result Score on MLQ is(45.26±7.56)and score on death coping ability is(135.96±24.73)for undergraduate nursing students.Sense of meaning in life is positively correlated to CDS(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis shows that death and rescue experience on relatives and friends,experience on death education and sense of meaning in life have predictive effect on death coping ability for undergraduate nursing students(adjusted R 2=0.267,F=48.417,P<0.001).Established structure equation model shows that the coefficient between sense of meaning in life and death coping ability is 0.833(P<0.01).Conclusion Death coping ability for undergraduate nursing students needs to be improved.Death coping ability-oriented life and death education curriculum which is deeply connected to undergraduate nursing students’emotion should be established.
