认知性访谈在再生障碍性贫血患者生存质量量表研制中的应用

摘　　要：目的采用认知性访谈评估再生障性贫血患者生存质量量表在目标人群中的认知过程和理解情况,优化条目的表达,提高量表的内容效度。方法采用目的抽样方法选取2021年8月至10月入住浙江省中医院血液科治疗的再生障碍性贫血患者作为研究对象,进行认知性访谈,使用内容分析法结合问题评估系统对访谈资料进行分析和归类,并依据结果对量表条目进行修订。结果第1轮完成16例认知性访谈,访谈资料析出问题大多分布于“语义模糊”和“条目重复”两类,9个条目予以删除,11个条目予以修改,1个条目拆分为2个,76个条目被合并为37个,另增加4个条目。第2轮完成5例认知性访谈并达到资料饱和。结论认知性访谈可有效指导条目修订,有利于提高量表的科学性和准确性。Objective To evaluate the cognitive process and comprehension of Quality of Life Scale for Patients with Aplastic Anemia(QLS-AA)among target population by cognitive interview,optimize the expression of items and improve the content validity.Method Patients with aplastic anemia hospitalized in hematology department of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from Aug.to Oct.2021 chosen by purposive sampling receive cognitive interview.Analyze and classify the information by content analysis methods conbined with question appraisal system-99(QAS-99).Revise the items according to the result.Result Sixteen cases of cognitive interview are completed in the first round.Problems analyzed from the information are mostly distributed in“semantic vagueness”and“repeated item”.Nine items are deleted,eleven items are revised,one item is separated into two items,76 items are integrated into 37 items and 4 items are added.Five cases of cognitive interview are completed in the second round and information is saturated.Conclusion Cognitive interview can provide effective guidance on item revise and improve the scientificity and accuracy of the scale.
