摘　　要：闽商精神蕴含的价值理念为福建高校创新创业教育提供了动力。运用扎根理论构建基于闽商精神传承的高校创新创业教育生态系统。研究发现,闽商精神是创新创业教育的基础来源;创新创业课程和活动合力促进大学生创新创业素养提升;创新创业资源与创新创业素养、创新创业课程及活动形成互动关系;创新创业氛围对创新创业素养起调节作用。研究指出,通过政府健全服务体系、产业组织通力合作与高校完善教育体系来实现系统构建目标。The value concept embedded in the spirit of Fujian merchants provides a power source for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Fujian universities.The innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem of colleges and universities based on the inheritance of the spirit of Fujian merchants has been constructed by applying the rooted theory.It is found that Fujian merchants'spirit is the basic source of innovation and entrepreneurship education;innovation and entrepreneurship courses and their activities are combined to promote innovation and entrepreneurship literacy among college and university students;innovation and entrepreneurship resources interact with innovation and entrepreneurship literacy,innovation and entrepreneurship courses and their activities;and the innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere plays a moderating role in innovation and entrepreneurship literacy.The study points out that the goal of ecosystem construction should be achieved through the sound government service system,the cooperation of industrial organizations and the improvement of the education system.
