摘 要:针对柴油机连杆小头衬套磨损失效问题,依照局部强化技术的工程思路,在摆动摩擦副摩擦磨损试验台上开展了3种制备工艺下,衬套与活塞销匹配的摩擦磨损试验,并对其制备工艺进行剖析。试验结果表明:从摩擦扭矩、摩擦温度、宏观/微观形貌和磨损量4个方面对比,相同工况下挤压工艺衬套的摩擦磨损性能均优于旋压工艺衬套,表现出对标进口工艺衬套的能力,挤压工艺衬套整体晶粒均匀性良好,这是产品表现出良好摩擦磨损性能的重要原因。According to the engineering idea of local strengthening technology,the friction and wear tests of matching bushing and piston pin under three preparation processes were carried out on the friction and wear test bench of oscillating frictional substrate and the preparation process was analyzed to address the wear loss problem of diesel engine connecting rod small end bushing.The test results show that the friction and wear performance of extruded bushings is better than that of spun bushings under the same working conditions in terms of frictional torque,frictional temperature,macro/micro morphology and wear volume,which shows the ability of benchmarking imported bushings.The good overall grain uniformity of extruded bushings is an important reason for the good friction and wear performance of product.
