摘　　要：为了筛选防治烟草黑胫病的有效药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法分析了22种杀菌剂对烟草黑胫病菌的抑制作用,测定了其中抑菌效果较好的7种杀菌剂对烟草黑胫病菌菌丝生长的EC50值,并以50%烯酰吗啉悬浮剂和25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂为对照药剂,通过温室盆栽试验研究了23.4%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂对烟草黑胫病的防效。结果表明,在供试的22种杀菌剂中,氟吗啉、申嗪霉素、甲霜灵、代森锰锌、丁吡吗啉、烯酰吗啉和双炔酰菌胺7种杀菌剂的抑菌效果较好,其对烟草黑胫病菌的EC50值分别为2.0230、1.9230、1.8082、1.7580、1.4000、0.7830和0.0180 mg/L。23.4%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂对烟草黑胫病的相对防效为80.11%,显著高于对照药剂50%烯酰吗啉悬浮剂(64.89%)和25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂(66.05%)。To screen out the effective fungicides to control tobacco black shank,the inhibition effects of 22 fungicides on Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae were tested by the mycelial growth rate method.The EC50 values of 7 fungicides with better inhibiting effects were measured.The control effects of 23.4%mandipropamid suspension on tobacco black shank were investigated by pot experiments in greenhouse with 50%dimethomorph suspension and 25%metalaxyl wettable powder as the control agents.The results showed that among the tested fungicides,7 fungicides including flumorph,shenqinmycin,metalaxyl,mancozeb,pyrimorph,dimethomorph and mandipropamid had better inhibitory effects with the EC50 values of 2.0230,1.9230,1.8082,1.7580,1.4000,0.7830 and 0.0180 mg/L respectively.The relative control efficiency of 23.4%mandipropamid suspension on tobacco black shank was 80.11%,which was significantly higher than 50%dimethomorph suspension(64.89%)and 25%metalaxyl wettable powder(66.05%)
