摘 要:针对黄瓜耐湿热性鉴定方法鲜见报道的情况,以8个耐湿热性不同的黄瓜品种为试材,在人工湿热(42℃/32℃+RH 95%)和常温常湿(28℃/18℃+RH 75%)条件下采集幼苗形态和生理指标,在夏季大棚湿热和露地种植采集成株期生长和结瓜指标;经主成分分析构建独立向量,逐步回归分析构建方程。结果表明,8个品种间14个指标表现出不同程度的差异,其5个主成分的累积贡献率达94.1%。逐步回归分析构建了含不同变量的4个预测方程,以含4个自变量的方程预测效果最好,Y=3.586+1.021X_(dw)+0.369X_(hf)+0.635X_(tr)-3.064X_(ci),R=0.999,R^(2)=0.998,式中X_(dw)、X_(hf)、X_(tr)和X_(ci)分别为苗干质量、采瓜数、蒸腾速率和胞间CO_(2)浓度的相对值;Y值越大,耐湿热性越强。以4个耐湿热性不同的品种验证表明,该回归方程预测准确度高于96%,可用于黄瓜耐湿热性鉴定。Aming at the lack of hot-humid tolerance idetification method report on cucumber,the seedlings of 8 cucumber cultivars with different hot-humid tolerance were treated under artificial hot-humid(42℃/32℃+RH 95%)and normal condition(28℃/18℃+RH 75%)to collect the morphological and physiological indexes;and grown in hot-humid plastic tunnel and open field during hot summer season to collect adult plant growth and fruiting indexes.The independent vectors were constructed by principal component analysis to the collected indexes and the equation was constructed by regression analysis.The results showed that the 14 indexes collected showed difference among eight cultivars,five principal components with cumulative contribution of 94.1%could represent those indexes,four prediction equations with different variables were constructed by stepwise regression analysis and the equation with four independent variables presented the best prediction effect:Y=3.586+1.021X_(dw)+0.369X_(hf)+0.635X_(tr)-3.064X_(ci),R=0.999,R^(2)=0.998.X_(dw),X_(hf),X_(tr) and X_(ci) in the equation represent the relative values of seedling dry weight,harvested fruit number,transpiration rate and intercellular CO_(2) concentration,respectively.The higher the Y value,the stronger the resistance to hot-humid.The verification experiment using 4 cultivars with different hot-humid tolerance indicated that the prediction accuracy of the regression equation is higher than 96%,which can be used to identify the hot-humid resistance of cucumber.
