摘　　要：农业高质量发展是经济新常态背景下缓解农业资源环境压力、破除农业发展瓶颈制约的有效途径。利用文献分析法,对农业高质量发展的水平测算、评价体系和影响因素三个方面进行系统综述。研究发现:我国农业高质量发展水平逐年上升,并呈现“东高西低”的发展格局;在评价体系中,农业产业体系、农业现代化和农业绿色发展对推动农业迈入高质量发展阶段起到重要作用;在微观生产要素中,农业基础设施、农业社会化服务水平、人力资本、农村金融是影响农业高质量发展的重要因素;在宏观政策研究中,农村现代化和供给侧结构性改革等政策导向能够进一步提升农业高质量发展水平。在此基础上,提出未来应重视农业农村生态环境保护、农业技术创新和农业支持政策等方向的研究,以推进中国式现代化和乡村全面振兴。The high-quality development of agriculture is an effective way to alleviate the pressure on agricultural resources and the environment,and eliminate the bottleneck constraints of agricultual development under the background of the new economic normal.Using a literature analysis,a systematic review of three aspects of high-quality agricultural development has been conducted:level measurement,evaluation system and influencing factors.According to the findings of the study:The level of high-quality agricultural development in China has been rising year by year,with a distribution pattern of high in the east and low in the west;In the evaluation system,the agricultural industrial system,agricultural modernization and agricultural green development all play important roles in promoting agriculture into a stage of high-quality development;Among the micro-production factors,agricultural infrastructure,the level of agricultural socialization services,human capital and agricultural finance are important factors affecting high-quality agricultural development;In the macro policy research,policy guidance such as rural modernization and supply-side structural reform can further enhance the level of high-quality agricultural development.On this basis,it is proposed that future research should concentrate on the directions of agricultural and rural ecological and environmental protection,agricultural technology innovation,and agricultural support policy in order to promote Chinese-style modernization and rural comprehensive revitalization.
