巷道过富水采空区安全掘进技术研究

摘  要:针对巷道过富水采空区存在的安全隐患,设计了在掘进前预注、掘进后采空侧封堵和回采侧顶板加固、超前压力区补注,采用高强注浆材料和高水充填材料的四步法注浆封堵方案,满足了不同区域的加固需求。效果考察表明:富水采空区涌水得到有效治理,巷道掘进、使用和工作面回采期间,未发生涌水、瓦斯超限、片帮冒顶等事故。Aiming at the safety hazards of the roadway passing through the rich water goaf,a four step grouting and plugging scheme with high strength grouting materials and high water filling materials is designed to meet the reinforcement needs of different areas,which includes pre-injection before excavation,plugging on the goaf side after excavation,reinforcement of the roof on the mining side,and supplementary injection in the advanced pressure zone.The effect evaluation shows that the water inrush in the rich water goaf is effectively controlled,and there are no accidents such as water inrush,gas exceeding the limit,and spalling and roof falling during roadway excavation,use,and mining of the working face.
